PACKING LIST and USEFUL INFORMATION:

Accommodation Eved Guest House/Food

Breakfast usually consists of eggs, toast, fruit and cereal porridge. It is advisable to pack a few treats (e.g. jam, smoked sausage).

There are fridges and kettles in the apartments. If you don’t like instant coffee, you should bring a packet of coffee with you, or a French press pot if necessary.

There is fresh fruit at the construction site at lunchtime. We recommend bringing muesli/energy bars and something like TUC biscuits as snacks (the salty ones are great between sweating!).

Dinner is plentiful. Effervescent tablets (vitamins, electrolytes, magnesium, calcium…) are also useful. Plenty of drinking water (bottles) is provided.

Note: The mattresses in the Eved Guest House are good, but unusually hard (very hard!) for Central European backs. There is an uncovered wool blanket to cover yourself with (pack a sleeping bag if you don’t like that).

There are clothes racks, so you can quickly wash things in the evening – travel detergent is recommended.

The Eved Guest House has WiFi and German sockets. The rooms have air conditioning and gauze windows, as well as ceiling fans.
